Business Plan

Starting a new business, expanding, or taking over an existing one can be very exciting, and overwhelming.

In order to start out on the right foot, we highly recommend having a business plan before starting your approval process. It will help you to:

  • have a better overview of the road ahead of you
  • define your objectives
  • organise your priorities
  • map out how to achieve your goals
  • manage the potential risks
  • gain control over your processes
  • help organise your finances

In this section, we will provide you advice on how to build your business plan and ensure you are prepared to embark on your new business adventure.

Have a clear business idea

Before to start any paperwork, take a moment and ask yourself the right questions about your business:

  • What services will you be providing?
  • Who will benefit from your services?
  • Where (geographically) would your business thrive?
  • Are there similar businesses operating in same area?
  • What would my operating hours be?
  • What type of space would your business require?
  • Will your business generate any nuisance (sound, pollution, light etc.) that would affect surrounding businesses/properties?
  • Etc.
