Executive Management Committee
Executive Management Committee (EMC) meets each month to ensure that across the organisation we are managing the ongoing process of engagement, analysis, planning, design, allocating resources, enabling, delivery, evaluating and reporting. EMC members are responsible for providing whole of organisation advice on implementation of the Strategic Management Framework - and hold dual titles on this committee distinct from their day to day managerial roles.
