East Perth Power Station

Project

The development of the East Perth Power Station will be one of the most significant proposals ever in the City of Vincent. The proposed residential population and commercial floorspace will have positive flow-on impacts to the rest of the City of Vincent and enable much more efficient use of existing facilities and town centres.

Why we need help

The City is currently involved in discussions around East Perth Power Station and will continue to advocate for high quality design and community benefit during the planning stage. Public infrastructure, such as roadworks, landscaping and public spaces, are an important consideration as those assets will eventually be transferred to the City for maintenance and upkeep.
