We are upgrading part of Leederville Parade as part of the 2024/25 Capital Works Program. The area will be between Vincent Street and Frame Court in Leederville.

Weather permitting, road resurfacing will happen between Tuesday 6 March and Sunday 9 March 2025, between 8pm and 6am.

There will be no parking on Leederville Parade between Vincent Street and Frame Court during the works. Signage will be in place and traffic management on site to direct drivers.

We have scheduled the works to take place at night to try to keep disruption to businesses and traffic as minimal as we can. The may be some noise and dust during the works.

Road closure

To allow us to carry out the work safely, road closures will be in place. Traffic managers will help drivers to follow the detours. 

Residents can still enter and exit their property with the help of traffic managers. Full access will be restored at the end of each work shift.
