The City of Vincent is developing a new Public Health Plan and is asking the community for feedback.
The environments in which we live, work and play influence our health and wellbeing.
Local governments have a role, through the wide range of services they provide, in ensuring those environments are healthy, safe, clean and accessible.
Vincent adopted its first Public Health Plan in 2020, with a vision for a healthy, happy and connected community for all.
Some of the major projects have included Smoke Free Town Centres, Healthy Food and Drink Policy and an Alcohol Action Plan to support the health and wellbeing of the community.
We are now into the final year of delivering that Public Health Plan, so it is time to start developing the next one.
To help us, we are asking people who have a connection with Vincent to tell us what their priorities are for the community's health and wellbeing.
The new plan will also consider the State Public Health Plan objectives and local health statistics.
Visit Imagine Vincent to find out more and have your say.
This consultation closes 4pm Monday, 31 March 2025.
