What goes in the recycling bin

Collected fortnightly

All items that go into the yellow-lidded recycling bin need to be clean, dry and empty. Also lids off please.

What can go into the yellow-lidded recycling bin 

Paper (not shredded)
Magazines, newspapers, paper bags, wrapping paper and envelopes
Cardboard (flattened)
Egg cartons
Glass including broken glass (including metal lids)                                         
Aluminium wrap (clean, and scrunched into a ball)
Cleaning product bottles
Hard plastic containers and bottles (lids removed)                                                                                                                                                           
Aluminium and steel cans including food cans and pet food tins (clean)

What does NOT go into the Recycling Bin
