We are upgrading the laneway at Florence Place in West Perth. Works will include improvements to drainage, new asphalt and minor reshaping of the lane. 

Works are planned to start in April 2025 with resurfacing to take place in May 2025. 

Access to properties may be restricted during the works. We will have traffic management on site to help residents access their homes. We will notify surrounding residents of any lane closures so alternate access arrangements can be made. The lane will be open at the end of each day’s work.
