In line with the City’s 2023/24 Capital Works program, Vincent will be undertaking important road resurfacing works to improve the look and functionality of Stuart Street between Fitzgerald Street and Lake Street in Mt Lawley.

Profiling and asphalting will take place between Wednesday the 12 June and Friday 14 June from 7am. During works all parking within Stuart Street will be restricted with cones and “No Parking” signs will be in place. Traffic management will be on site during this time and road closures and detours will be in place so these works can be completed.

To enable the works to proceed smoothly road closures will be in place within the works zone.  While access to your property will be restricted during these operations, residents may enter and exit under direction of traffic control and full unrestricted access will be restored at the end of each shift.
