Please be aware forward works for the road resurfacing of Albert Street will be completed late September 2024.

Profiling of Albert Street and Barnet Street will be undertaken on Thursday 3 and Friday 4 October from 7am.

To allow the safe undertaking of profiling works, on-road parking along Albert Street from Tay Place to Barnet Street and Barnet Street from Bourke Street to Barnet Place will be restricted, however access in and out will be allowed under direction of traffic control.

Asphalting along Albert Street from Tay Place to Barnet Street and Barnet Street from Bourke Street to Barnet Place will be undertaken on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 October between the hours of 7am and 5pm, weather permitting.  

Road closures

To enable the works to proceed smoothly road closures will be in place within the works zone.  While access to your property will be restricted during these operations, residents may enter and exit under direction of traffic control and full unrestricted access will be restored at the end of each shift.
