The City of Vincent will no longer be collecting the Construction Training Fund (CTF) Levy on behalf of the Construction Training Fund from 1 July 2024.

Instead, ratepayers will be responsible for paying the levy directly to the CTF.

This move aims to streamline Vincent's processes and increase efficiency.

1. Payment Process

• Pay the CTF levy directly to the Construction Training Fund.
• Keep a copy of the payment receipt.

2. Submission with Building Applications

• When submitting building applications, include the payment receipt as proof of levy payment.
