Town Centre Place Plan
The City of Vincent Town Centre Place Plans series has been developed as a set of ‘place based’ strategic action plans to guide the allocation of funding and resources in the City’s town centres. The Place Plans direct the City’s service units to deliver a range of place-based initiatives and enable the City to effectively support and coordinate change.
William Street Town Centre Place Plan is Volume 06 in the Town Centre Place Plan series and is currently under construction.
William Street Town Centre is managed by Satya Bourgeot. You can contact Satya via satya.bourgeot@vincent.wa.gov.au or 6112 5861.
Smoke-Free Town Centre
The City of Vincent has introduced Fresh Air - You're Welcome: the Smoke-Free Town Centres project as part of its Public Health Plan.
This project aims to reduce community exposure to environmental tobacco smoke and create healthy environments, free from smoking and vaping in our entertainment precincts.
Parts of Northbridge are now smoke-free.

Town Team
Town teams are non-for-profit social organisations working to enhance their local communities.
William Street's town team is Northbridge Common, a volunteer collective of residents, business owners and creatives united for the core purpose to enrich our neighbourhood.
They are one of the pioneering town teams in Western Australia. They provide the opportunity for people to shape the area and draw on its history of innovation and creativity to continue exploring, experimenting, and inventing the future of this place.
