We are upgrading part of Hayley Avenue as part of the 2024/25 Capital Works Program.

Weather permitting, road resurfacing will happen between Tuesday 18 and Wednesday19 February 2025, from 7am.

There will be no parking on Hayley Avenue between Richmond Street and Bruce Street during the works. Signage will be in place and traffic management on site to direct drivers.

Road closure

To allow us to carry out the work safely, road closures will be in place. Traffic managers will help drivers to follow the detours. 

During this time, access to properties will be limited. Residents can still enter and exit their homes with the help of traffic managers. Full access will be restored at the end of each work shift.
