Small business owners looking for funding support can now apply for the City of Vincent’s annual Business Enhancement Grants program.

Vincent developed the program to support business and property owners to make small-scale improvements that enhance the street appeal and functionality of our neighbourhoods and town centres.

Matched grants of up to $5,000 are available for eligible projects.

Some examples of eligible enhancements include facade upgrades such as painting and structural repair, landscaping, alfresco dining, public art and window improvements.

Successful applicants will need to match Vincent’s grant amount to be eligible.

Interested applicants will need to organise a chat with a Place Planner, who is responsible for activating town centres through urban design and placemaking, before applying.

The Place Planner will walk them through the grant process and how to maximise the opportunity to improve their business.

Applications will be open between Monday 9 September and Monday 21 October 2024
