Lease of a portion of Britannia Reserve at 41 (Lot 31) Britannia Road, Leederville to Indara Corporation Pty Ltd for a telecommunications facility.
In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Vincent advises it is considering a proposal to enter into a lease with Indara Corporation Pty Ltd on the following key terms:

Operating and maintaining telecommunications network and service

The proposed lease area will be approximately 140sqm and located adjacent to the pump track (on the freeway side) comprising of a monopole and equipment within the lease area.
The existing path which provides access from the Britannia Rd car park to the reserve will be diverted around the proposed lease area.
