Buy Nothing New: Live Better with Less

Buy Nothing New: Live Better with Less

Are you caught on the treadmill of consumerism? Want to buy less and live more? Are you seeking ways to reduce your environmental impact and feel connected to your community?

Whether you're passionate about sustainability, seeking a deeper sense of fulfillment, or simply looking for practical ways to consume less, this workshop is for you!

Join sustainable lifestyle educator Laura Monisse for an engaging session that will help you rethink your relationship with stuff and learn practical strategies you can implement to buy nothing new and live better with less.

Together, we'll explore:

  • The environmental impact of our current consumption patterns.
  • The shift from a linear to towards a circular economy – and what they are!
  • How you can adopt a ‘buy less’ mindset.
  • Smart ways to shift to meaningful, conscious consumption.
  • Different ways you can reduce, reuse, repair!
  • Community driven alternatives such as tool, toy, dress libraries and more.
  • Creative ways you can engage in your community for free.
  • How together we can do better for people and the planet, change starts with you.

This will be an interactive session. You'll have the opportunity to share your experiences, learn from fellow participants, and develop a deeper understanding of the ways you can live a more joyful and connected life with less stuff.

You’ll leave with the knowledge, inspiration, and confidence to embrace a lifestyle that aligns with your values, does better for our planet, and fosters a deep sense of community.
