The City of Vincent Administration Building will become the hub for our customer service team on Monday 10 October, making it easier for our community members to do business with us.
The Customer Service desk at the library will close on 10 October to create a one-stop shop for in-person services at the Administration Building.
This will provide our community members with better access to information and staff.
The customer service opening hours will be extended to 8.30am – 5pm on weekdays, with the cashier available until 4.30pm.
All payments, including rates and animal registrations, will be taken at the front counter inside the Administration Building.
FOGO caddy liners will still be available for collection at the library.
Signs will be installed next week to help direct people to the main entrance of the Administration Building, which faces the corner of Vincent and Loftus streets.
