The City of Vincent is conducting their annual library survey and wants to hear from both users and non-users.
Vincent library has almost 9,000 members who borrowed over 190,000 items in the last year.
As this shows, libraries are generally well-used, as well as being a much-loved and valued part of their community.
It’s important we understand more about what that looks like for Vincent residents, which is why, every year, the Library Services team conducts a customer survey.
The survey provides everyone in our community with the opportunity to tell us what they think about the library and what they want in the future. It will:
- measure general satisfaction with our equipment, facilities, resources, programs and services
- provide information on what library programs and services are most used
- allow us to identify areas or services that need improving.
This year we’re just as keen to hear from those who don’t use the library, as those who do. We’d especially like to know why people don’t and what might encourage them to start.
Responses will be collated and used to maintain the good things we already provide and to improve on the gaps, so we provide library customers with the resources, programs and services they want.
