City of Vincent ratepayers can apply for first hour free parking at The Avenue and Frame Court carparks in Leederville.

Parking is usually $1 for the first hour, then $3.30 for each subsequent hour at The Avenue and Frame Court carparks. The first hour of parking is already free for everyone in all other City of Vincent carparks.

First hour free parking can only be accessed using the EasyPark app.

To claim your first hour free, you will need to apply online and provide information on your 2023/24 rate notice. The first hour free option will become available in the EasyPark app once your application is approved. Please allow around two business days.
