Are you caring for a family member or friend living with additional care needs? 

In support of Carers Week, the City of Vincent is recognising local unpaid carers with a mindfulness morning to care for you. 

Join us for:

• sound bath meditation with Emora Suara
• self-care tips from Helping Minds
• aromatherapy mindfulness activity

Priority given to City of Vincent residents.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Vincent Community Centre is an inclusive and accessible venue with an accessible toilet.

We welcome people to bring sensory items and supports.

Free 3-hour parking is available outside the Vincent Library & Local History Centre with ACROD bays. Please register your vehicle’s license plate number at the ticketless parking machine to receive your free parking.
