Current Vacancy: Leederville Gardens Retirement Village - Board of Management

The City is seeking a Director to fill a current vacancy on the Board of Management for the Leederville Gardens Retirement Village, a not-for-profit 67-unit independent living facility for people aged over 55.


The village is owned by Leederville Gardens Inc. and governed by a skills-based voluntary Board, which meets 12 times a year and is responsible for setting the strategic direction and delivering major operational decisions for the village.


The Board is looking for a Director who can provide skills and experience in the following areas:
• asset management
• finance/accounting
• grant writing/fundraising
• industry knowledge – retirement villages
• experience with not-for-profit organisations
