Notice is hereby given that the above mentioned scheme amendment has been gazetted and is now in effect. The formalisation of Amendment No.12 means that planning applications for new Service Stations in particular zones are not permitted. Existing Service Stations that were impacted by the amendment will be established as additional uses within the Scheme.

The amendment documents are available for viewing at www.imagine.vincent.wa.gov.au or at the City of Vincent Administration Centre.
