Notice is hereby given that the abovementioned scheme amendment has been gazetted and is now in effect. Amendment No.11 formalises a Special Control Area which will secure an emergency flight path for helicopters travelling to Royal Perth Hospital. This will limit the development potential for number of landholdings by imposing heights limits between 70ADH and 95 ADH (17 to 23 storeys).

The amendment documents are available for viewing at Imagine Vincent or at the City of Vincent Administration Building.
