Published on Monday, 26 August 2024 at 3:36:53 PM

On Tuesday 27 August, trees along the southbound verge of Oxford Street from Anzac Road towards Vincent Street will be pruned as part of the City’s 2024 Powerline Pruning Program.

In order to minimise the impact on traffic the pruning works will commence at 9am and continue to approximately 2pm.

To enable the works to proceed safely, on-road parking on Oxford St will be restricted within the work zone while the pruning works are in progress. Please be advised that access to your property may be temporarily restricted within the work zone while the mobile works are in progress.

Pedestrian traffic control will be in place in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards and delays should be expected.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience as a result of these works, which are intended to provide you and the community with a safe and improved streetscape.

Any enquiries pertaining to the scope of these works may be directed to the City’s Parks Services Coordinator – Graeme Beaton. Email Graeme.Beaton@vincent.wa.gov.au or phone 6112 5850.
