Leederville Gardens Retirement Village is managed by Village Solutions Australia on behalf of the Board, is an independent living facility for over 55s.

Located at 37 Britannia Road in Leederville, the village houses 67 independent living villa style homes and apartments.
The villa homes are single level in duplex or triplex configuration complete with private courtyards and car parking.

In addition, the Atrium apartments feature one and two bedroom designs with the ground floor apartments including private courtyards and the first floor apartments including very large private balconies. There is lift access to the first floor apartments in the Atrium.

Located in the heart of the village, the clubhouse is designed to meet a variety of needs including social and recreational activities and where residents enjoy the company of friends in the cosy winter lounge or sunny barbeque area. Activities are many and include social dinners, coffee mornings, summer barbeques, table tennis, billiards, pool, darts, exercise classes, fund-raising activities and bus trips to popular places, shopping centres, the casino and entertainment venues.

The City of Vincent is seeking submissions from people interested in serving their community as Director of the Board of Management for Leederville Gardens Inc. 

We are looking for people who are interested in serving their community and providing effective and progressive management for this facility.

Ideally, you should have some board experience – but this is not essential. Drive and attitude are just as important, as are people who can complement, and add to, the skills and diversity of the Board.
